Patriot Fleet Solutions was born from a conversation. Creating the best Fleet Management Solution was the passion. A group of fleet experts were sitting at a conference table, discussing how to best help  the fleet market solve their most troubling challenges. As the discussion progressed, the enthusiasm grew—and what started as a simple question became the answer that many small to mid-size fleet owners need.

There is strength in numbers, which is why Patriot Fleet Solutions, a buying network designed to aid small and mid-size trucking fleets, can offer its members a host of benefits. Fleet Management Solutions that provide a wide range of benefits help manage the fleet. The executive team has worked in every sector of the fleet industry, from fuel cards and payroll cards to insurance and service. Using this knowledge and experience, the team developed a plan that included key money-saving partnerships for fleets, that they normally could not obtain because of their size.

Patriot Fleet Solutions operates on the belief that this country was built on the backs of small to medium business owners who provide much of the services and products we receive today. For over 25 years, Sam Rossa has worked as a senior executive, using his result-oriented skills to boost the fortunes of many companies. Sam has experience as a strategic and visionary leader, leading high performing teams. Sam’s administration in the areas of Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, and Workforce Solutions has revitalized a number of organizations, helping them to fulfill their potential at a quicker pace.

Sam has served as Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President over Operations and Analytics for one of the country’s largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEO). Among many successful contributions, Sam orchestrated the pull-back of offshore services, and reformed operational streams resulting in lower overall expenses and positive cash flow. Additionally, his focus on integrating operations and service delivery produced a retention rate which outperformed previous years.

Improvement, performance, and results are what drive Sam, and where his focus lies as he embraces the ever complex and dynamic environment within transportation and logistics.

Jerry White

Jerry White is the consummate senior executive with 30 years of experience in financial management and accounting. He brings Patriot Fleet Solutions a proven record of heading organizations as they attain profitability, cost control, and operational improvements within greatly demanding situations.

Before joining Patriot Fleets Solutions, Jerry served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Avista Solutions, a nationally recognized leader in web-based loan origination systems. He provided strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of operations, sales, accounting, financial reporting, business development and strategic planning. Prior to this, Jerry held executive roles at Metavante Banking Solutions, Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas and Coleman Research Corporation.

Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Webster University.

Marc Kramer

A proven leader, investor, and business partner, Marc Kramer has over 20 years of private equity experience. Marc’s long list of accomplishments and experiences includes acting as a partner at H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm. While there, he obtained capital for middle-market enterprises valued between $200 million to $500 million. Before that, Marc led Fenway Partners ($2 billion under management), a practice in the transportation/logistics sector where he invested in over 20 companies.

Marc’s background has given him a greater understanding of how companies undertake capital deployment and portfolio oversight in the business services, logistics, and industrial sectors. Over the years, Marc has developed an extensive professional network that has helped him in the growth of small to mid-size companies.

Marc sits on a few corporate boards and has founded the Open Road Foundation, which supports a victim assistance fund to financially assist eligible associates impacted by disaster and/or personal circumstances.

After receiving his BA from Dartmouth College, Marc earned his MBA from Harvard School of Business.

Chris Munro

Born in Scotland, Chris Munro has lived and worked on five continents over the course of 25 years, garnering an appreciation and understanding of worldwide industries.

Chris is an expert in leading and investing in public, private, and private equity service and manufacturing businesses ranging between $65 million and $6.5 billion. Over the course of his career, Chris has become a strategically oriented global chairman, board member, CEO, and a private equity investment partner. Prior to joining Patriot Fleet Solutions, he has delivered shareholder value creation across the UK, Western Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas with Exel/DHL, Inoveris, Linfox, Fenway Partners. He has enjoyed adding value to high performing boards with Exel/DHL, Linfox (Asia), Inoveris, Surya Carpets, Team One, Beavex, and a currently rapidly emerging San Francisco CRM start up, Lanetix.

Marc earned a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow and an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
